Senior Product Designer
Pair lead on the Banking experience for Cash App, a P2P payment platform. Ideated on ways of aiding under / unbanked users, providing rewards that help people get the most with their money and strategized the future of the banking experience.

Oversaw the earliest design of Agent Desk, a smart platform that leverages AI, machine learning and NLP to assist customer service agents over chat and voice. Was involved in user research, benchmarking and contributing to project roadmaps.
